Local Westchester fundraisers mean so much!

Be accepting. Be generous. Be kind 4.27.16

Acceptance, generosity and kindness! Thank you Westchester community! We are so grateful for YOU!

We would like to thank our families who have had birthday parties recently, either for themselves or for their children.  Many asked their guests to donate to GiGi’s Playhouse Westchester in lieu of gifts!

A big thank you to all of those families!

We also have had the fortune to be named the beneficiary of two fundraisers in our community recently.

A beautiful benefit was held at Dia & Noche in honor of a member of our community.  $1,500 was raised for our Playhouse!  We appreciate the thoughtful donation and those who thought to make GiGi’s Playhouse Westchester the beneficiary.

Also, a bunch of local Westchester women got together for their annual softball charity game recently.  Volunteers from our Playhouse suggested that this year they donate to GiGi’s Playhouse Westchester, and they were all in favor of the idea! As you see from the photo below, the Playhouse will not be needing paper towels or wipes anytime soon!! The players also made a monetary donation totaling $360!

We are so grateful to our Westchester community for thinking of us and naming us beneficiary for these fundraisers. Accepting, generous and kind, indeed! Fundraisers, big and small, all add up and support the Playhouse a great deal. They help us remain open and offer FREE programs to our participants. Thank you!!

If you have an idea for a community fundraiser, please email westchester@gigisplayhouse.org or call (914) 479-5566.
