Participant Best of All: A Returning Family

The Amina Grace Speech and Language Program welcomed the Ralston family back to GiGi’s Playhouse Rockford last summer!

Lennon’s mom, Shawn, shared:
“While COVID set us back from getting to the Playhouse until Lennon was 6, we eventually started the speech program. Walking in, everyone is so welcoming—even the older participants. Everyone greets you with a smile and excitement to see you there.”

Shawn says that without GiGi’s Playhouse Rockford, Lennon wouldn’t be receiving as much private speech therapy as he is now, and the program has been an incredible added bonus for him.

One of their “Best of All” moments from January: Lennon earned a 10/10 on his spelling and beginning sounds test at school—go Lennon! 🎉

Shawn shared, “1st grade has been such a growth year for him so far.” ❤️
