Let’s face it: fitness is hard to keep up on. With all of our appointments, meetings, activities, chores, and physical challenges, finding time and energy to enjoy fitness as a family can feel almost insurmountable.
GiGi’s Playhouse Portland is proud to announce the launch of GiGiFIT Kids for the 2025 Spring season! This FREE fitness program was created by physical therapists to target the specific challenges that people with Down syndrome experience by building strength, balance, and stamina. Here at the Portland playhouse, we are lucky to welcome Kerry Haugh and her students from OHSU as our co-leads and assistants. Kerry has been a longtime supporter of GiGi’s, and comes with years of experience treating children with Down syndrome.
