Inspired by GiGi’s Volunteers!

Come check out our new “volunteer of the month” display at the Playhouse, to honor all of our amazing volunteers!

This month,  we chose Gay Sakich as the Volunteer of the Month, because of all of her hard work and countless hours she put into GiGi’s the month of September.  She not only brings her expertise of many years of teaching, she also puts her heart into everything she does here.

Gay started volunteering at GiGi’s as a Literacy tutor, and is now our Literacy coordinator and Math Tutor.  Gay has facilitated bookmaking with a large group of volunteers, reorganized our tutoring library and rooms, and lights up the Playhouse with her infectious personality.  We are so thrilled that she chooses GiGi’s as the place she volunteers her time!
