Fall 2025 Early Learner (0-5) Programs

Registration for our FREE therapeutic-based and educational programming this fall is open! We’d love to have you join us as a participant or volunteer.

The fall 2025 semester runs from September 2nd through December 12th. There will be no programs or tutoring sessions November 24-29th due to Thanksgiving Break. Further information on exact offerings and dates is listed below. Click on the program name or pictures to get registered!

LMNOP

Select Saturdays from 10:00 – 11:00 am

Get ready to groove and grow with Language Music N‘ Our Peeps (LMNOP)! This lively, interactive program (recommended for ages 0-36 months, but open to ages 0-5 years) helps parents and young children learn basic sign language and communication skills through fun music and playful activities. Let’s sing, sign, and smile together! 

LMNOP will take place on the following Saturdays: 9/13, 10/18, 11/15, and 12/6.

Music Makers

Every Monday from 11 am – 12 pm

Recommended for ages 0-5, Music Makers (or Music Early Learners) is a playful and engaging program for young children with Down syndrome to explore the joy of music through movement, rhythm, and connection. Each session includes songs, instruments, and hands-on activities that support early communication, motor skills, social bonding, and self-expression. Whether it’s clapping, swaying, shaking, or singing, every moment is designed to spark creativity and support developmental growth!

Open Play

Select Wednesdays from 10:00 – 11:00 am

Join us for a new opportunity to play, explore, and connect with other families at the Playhouse. Each session will include a variety of simple activities and stations that encourage movement, creativity, and early social interaction. Whether your child loves to climb, build, create, or pretend, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at their own pace! It’s also a great chance for families to meet others, build community, and feel at home at the Playhouse.

Open Play will take place on the following Wednesdays: 9/3, 9/24, 10/29, 11/12, and 12/3.

Tutoring

Tutoring sessions are scheduled to take place between September 2nd and December 12th.

Our Program Coordinator, Tracie, will work with each student and tutor pair to schedule a weekly tutoring session. We currently offer tutoring for:

• Literacy (ages 3+)

• Math (ages 3+)
