2014 – A Year To Celebrate

2014 has truly been a year to celebrate at GiGi’s Playhouse Nashville!  We have served over 120 families, totaling 351 participants in our exceptional 9 recurring therapeutic and educational programs.  We hosted various successful fundraising events including our Gala, Golf Tournament, and Lemonade Stands allowing us to offer all of these programs free to all of our participants.  Of course, we could not have done this with out you, and the help of over 94 volunteers!  Our New Year’s Resolution for 2015 is to continue to grow and offer more exceptional programs to our incredible participants.  To kick off 2015, we will be adding Music in Motion, Handwriting Tutoring, and Math Tutoring in addition to current programs.

During 2014, GiGi’s Playhouse provided therapeutic and educational programs to over 25,000 program participants with Down syndrome across the US and Mexico – All FREE of charge. GiGi’s mission has evolved from building awareness to building success and accomplishment in children, teens and adults through our programs with you cheering us on.

We can all be very proud of what we accomplished this past year and we look forward to the coming year with great excitement, GiGi’s is expanding to 30 playhouses by the end of 2015. We thank you for your generous support of GiGi’s Playhouse as we continue to change the  way the world sees Down syndrome.

“To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.” – Anatole France
