Volunteer Spotlight November: Taylor McLain – Fantastic Friends Program Leader and Walk Chairperson

HUGE Thank you to Taylor McLain for all the amazing work you do with GiGi’s Playhouse Little Rock. Taylor is one of our most valued volunteers because after working all day, she still finds time to come invest in the lives of our participants. Every time she walks through our doors, she is energetic, happy to be here, and ready to work– no matter what task is at hand.

For the last few months, Taylor has not only been working diligently as our Fantastic Friends Program Leader but also she’s been helping us prepare for Walk The EXTRA Mile 2019. As our Walk Chairperson, Taylor has spent hours of her own time on weeknights and weekends working to make sure that everything was perfect for the walk…. and it WAS!!! This year we had a RECORD setting walk with more than double the participants from last year and nearly $30,000 raised in funding for the playhouse. We could not have done that without Taylor and we’re grateful everyday that she chooses GiGi’s Playhouse to volunteer.
