As the Fargo Playhouse evolves, so does our need to grow our board.  We strive to provide opportunities for our families and participants, as well as meet the needs within the community.  YOU can help us to be the BEST we can be!

Our Mission and Purpose: To change the way the world views Down syndrome and to send a global message of acceptance for all.

Our Vision: To see a world where individuals with Down syndrome are accepted and embraced in t their families, schools, and communities.

Passion for the Mission

  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the mission of Gigi's Playhouse and a deep understanding of its impact on the community.

Expertise in Relevant Fields

  • Seek individuals with expertise in areas such as education, healthcare, nonprofit management, finance, law, marketing, or community outreach.

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Emphasize a commitment to diversity and inclusion, seeking candidates from varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Leadership Experience

  • individuals with proven leadership experience, whether in a professional, community, or volunteer capacity.

Strategic Thinkers

  • Prioritize candidates who can contribute strategic insights and forward-thinking perspectives to guide Gigi's Playhouse in achieving its long-term goals.
