First Teen Tastic Turned “Swifty” Celebration!

At GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati, moments of joy and growth are always celebrated. Recently, our first-ever Teen Tastic event unexpectedly transformed into an unforgettable Taylor Swift party! The atmosphere was electric as our teens immersed themselves in a range of activities, from crafting friendship bracelets to belting out Swifty hits in karaoke, culminating in an impromptu dance party that left smiles on everyone’s faces.

But what made this event and each program at GiGi’s Playhouse even more remarkable was its purposeful design. While the fun and excitement were palpable, every aspect of the Teen Tastic program was carefully curated to facilitate the development of essential skills. From fostering appropriate socialization to honing fine motor skills and beyond, each activity was crafted with intention, ensuring that every participant had the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and inclusive environment!

For our participants, Teen Tastic is more than just a party – it’s a chance to explore new interests, make meaningful connections, and build confidence in themselves. Through engaging activities and the guidance of our dedicated volunteers, they discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and embrace their unique abilities, all while having a blast along the way.

As we reflect on the success of our very first Teen Tastic, we’re filled with gratitude for everyone who made it possible – from our enthusiastic participants and their families to our volunteers and supporters. Together, we’ve created something truly special, and we can’t wait to continue this journey, paving the way for many more amazing Teen Tastic programs in the future! Teen Tastic will continue to be held on the third Saturday of every month from 10-11:30am.
