Busy Hands, Bigger Plans

Program Description: To promote the foundations of handwriting. This program is primarily a handwriting group but it should also incorporate fine motor, sensory awareness, social interaction, and language skills.

Goals:
· Promote Directionality skills: Right/Left awareness
· Promote success in handwriting
· Peer interaction and social skill development (turn taking, sharing, and listening skills)
· Teaching parents fine motor techniques to use at home
· Sensory and fine motor development
