When I arrived to GiGi’s Playhouse in March 2017, I assumed I would be working with young children which I was really excited about. I have spent my entire career in social services in various capacities with a passion for teens and young adults. I met with Belinda Orsborn and listened to the programs that were offered and quickly became interested in TEAM. I showed up for my first TEAM on Thursday and was immediately welcomed in by young adults and parents. I felt that everything “clicked” and it was going to be a great fit. I love coming to TEAM and being engaged with our young adults while watching the progress week to week. I love watching our young adults “in action” whether it’s ordering in a restaurant, learning about safety, cooking, bowling or our recent 21 Random Acts of Kindness.  I know I have found my home at Gigi’s.
