Meet Kasey: A Dedicated GiGi’s Playhouse Star!

Kasey Stoutland is a participant in our GiGiFIT Adult class. She attends the classes consistently and loves her group exercise program! She loves it so much that she will begin preparing a day in advance of the class by making sure her clothes and shoes are ready to go. This session, Kasey received the Fitness Cards to take home so that she can show her family the exercises she does in class. These cards support her in doing the exercises independently on the days there is no class.

Kasey also takes great care of our facility as a member of PathPoint, a group that comes in to volunteer for general housekeeping on Tuesdays and Fridays. Kasey shows others where cleaning supplies are stored and takes deep pride in keeping our playhouse spotless because she knows how many people depend on our group classes each week. Doreen Stoutland, Board Vice President and Kasey’s mom, comments on the positive improvements that she has noticed in Kasey since GiGi’s Playhouse has become a regular part of her daughter’s weekly routine. It’s been such a pleasure having her help out at the playhouse — she’s been awesome!
