Ready, Set, Work Monday’s 4pm-5pm

Ready, set, work was piloted in the Summer to see if it would work, and it took off!! The participants loved it so we are bringing it back & switching it up!  This session will include Customer Service!

Ready, Set, Work is a fall event focusing on providing career skills to young adults in an “office-like” setting. Participants will assist Pride Plumbing of Rochester’s marketing department with day to day tasks in an effort to acquire real life work experience, while encouraging independence and confidence.

The event will be held every Monday from 4pm-5pm starting September 20th and ending November 15th and will be held at GiGi’s Playhouse. Throughout the event, participants will get hands on experience in what it’s like to work on a consistent schedule.  We’re so excited to continue this special programming event which will help our participants work toward careers that they are passionate about!

There will be a special incentive every 2 weeks for our career minded participants.
