“I play ball.” 3 words. 1 sentence. The most beautiful sound I’ve heard since hearing my babies heartbeats for the first time. Leo’s journey with communication is exactly that, a journey. There are moments of heartache, frustration, sadness and then there are moments like this. Pure joy. Pure happiness. Pure gratitude. We’ve been blessed to have worked with 6 amazing speech therapists over the past almost 7 years. Ms. Kristin has been a part of our lives for the longest so to have this moment with her is perfect.
