What is GiGiFIT Bootcamp?

GiGiFIT Bootcamp is a fitness platform that will keep you healthy and confident! Partners of the GiGiFIT program will be highlighting specific workout regimens or lifestyle tips to keep your body moving up till the GiGIFIT Acceptance Challenge on June 5th!

Workout Challenge #1

10 Minute Full Body AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

Your First Bootcamp Challenge is to complete these 4 workouts as many times as possible over the course of 10 minutes!

1: 5 Pushups
2: 6 Reverse Lunges
3: 10 Leg Raises
4: 12 Body Weight Squats

REPEAT!! Try to get 3-4 rounds if you can!!
Do this twice a week and pay attention for the next upcoming challenge!

Workout Challenge #2

Lower Body EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) - 4 Rounds of 5 Exercises

Bootcamp Challenge #2 we are doing working for Every Minute On the Minute! Complete each of the 5 exercises in the allotted time frame for each round! Think you can complete all 4 rounds?!

Round 1: 30 Seconds On / 30 Seconds Off for 5 Minutes
Round 2: 40 Seconds On / 20 Seconds Off for 5 Minutes
Round 3: 50 Seconds On / 10 Seconds Off for 5 Minutes
Round 4: 60 Seconds / No Rest for 5 Minutes

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Squats
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Lunges
  5. Sumo Squat with Pulse

Workout Challenge #3

Full Body AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible in 10, 20, or 30 min)

For Bootcamp Challenge #3 were doing AMRAMP again! For This challenge, complete these 7 workouts as many times as possible over the course of 10, 20 or 30 minutes!

  1. 30 Jumping Jacks
  2. 25 Air Squats
  3. 20 Toe Touches
  4. 15 Lunges
  5. 10 Push-Ups
  6. 5 Burpees
  7. 1 Minute Plank

REPEAT! How many reps will you be able to do??

Workout Challenge #4

For Bootcamp Challenge #4 were doing a HIIT (or High Intensity Interval Training) class!
To complete the challenge, follow along with the video and complete a High Intensity Interval Training class.

This HIIT workout has 3 blocks of work and each block has 3 moves:

Block 1: Strength Based
Block 2: Cardio Based
Block 3: Core Based

Each movement will be 30 seconds on then 30 seconds off until you finish all the movements for each block.
