What is it?

You’ve been to 5Ks before, but the GiGi’s 5K — Dash for Down syndrome is a little different. EVERYONE is welcome. Whether you’re running, walking, rolling, pushing a stroller, or just coming to cheer, you belong at the GiGi’s 5K.

When is it?

The GiGi’s 5K — Dash for Down syndrome takes place at our Playhouses all across the country throughout the year. Don’t have a Playhouse near you? No problem—our Virtual Playhouse hosts its own GiGi’s 5K that lets you join from anywhere!

Why should I participate?

The GiGi’s 5K is our largest peer-to-peer fundraiser, helping support GiGi’s Playhouse and the 400,000 hours of FREE educational, therapeutic, and career development programs we provide to families each year. It’s a chance to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome, connect with your community, and show support for inclusion and acceptance.
