This month, Carol wanted to talk Maple Syrup

    • Did you know it takes 40 gallons of maple tree sap to make 1 gallon of pure maple syrup? We’ll learn how and where maple syrup is made in the early spring.  We’ll also be focused on whole grains, as we cook up some “from scratch” whole grain waffles and some delicious maple kettle corn.
