Yoga (13+) – Virtual

Calling all Teens and Adults – Moms, Dads, Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, AND participants with Ds.

Join us for Yoga  – this program is led by one of our amazing volunteers, Carolyn, and is suitable for ALL levels.

During the teen and adult years, they are becoming more and more independent, at the same time they are working towards refining balance and using their independent mobility for workplace, community, and leisure activities. It is necessary for all teens and adults with low muscle tone to stay active to gain and maintain muscle strength.
