Thank you to Accurate

We have all heard the phrase, “a match made in heaven,” but when it comes to describing the partnership between GiGi’s Playhouse and Accurate Personnel, the phrase could not be more, well, accurate.

Chief Executive Officer Jaimie Rios’ daughter, Olivia, was born in 2011 with Down syndrome. Jaimie picked up the phone and called Nancy Gianni. “We talked about everything, from breastfeeding to care and more,” recalls Nancy. “I told her that she should come to meet Santa, and she did!”  Little Olivia was approximately one month old when she visited GiGi’s Playhouse for the first time, and a beautiful, mutually beneficial relationship formed.

The fall of 2011 was a tremendous time of expansion for Jaimie and her two brothers, Rob, and David Migliore, who were now running the company that their parents, Debbie and Tony Migliore started in 1978.  An article published just four days before Olivia’s birth in Recruiting Brief noted, “The growth (of Accurate Personnel, then named Accurate Temps) continues with a recent expansion of their market reach into Professional Staffing, as well as their geographical reach.”  Coincidentally, this was also a time of expansion for GiGi’s Playhouse as there were more individuals and families to educate, provide for, and serve. The financial resources, as well as volunteers that Accurate provided could not have come at a better time. Jaimie Rios and Nancy Gianni truly needed one another’s guidance and provisions.

Fast forward to 2022, that commitment to each other and their bond is stronger than ever. But Nancy Gianni is quick to tell you that the deep commitment she feels from Accurate is not just for GiGi’s Playhouse. She notes that the commitment is genuine and universal to all who Accurate Personnel serves. “They live out their mission with the people they hire. They do things for not just for us but so many others. (They are a) well rounded, amazing corporation who put people first by always thinking about others and always being there.”

Accurate has provided and continues to provide a wealth of qualified, willing, and able volunteers who make GiGi’s Playhouse a place of learning and growth. They also have provided key financial support, especially during the last two years as many for- and not-for-profit organizations closed. “During the pandemic, Accurate, and corporate America, got a chance to see that GiGi’s is like everyone else… looking at GiGi’s as a business, not just a charity, helps. It has been a revelation to others,” said Nancy.

This heavenly match is seen through to the core of both organizations.  In their “About” description at accurateusa.com, for example, you will find words like creativity, honesty, respect, and sustainability. You will also find a statement about the value of each person’s opinions, differences, skills, and needs. It is not doubt that sounds familiar, especially if you have read the Mission and Purpose as well the Vision on the gigisplayhouse.org website.  Words like “accepted” and “embrace” align perfectly with those on the Accurate site, and the attitudes portrayed by all are universal throughout both organizations.

When asked to summarize the depth of her feelings about the relationship between GiGi’s Playhouse and Accurate Personnel, Nancy does so by saying, “They are always there for us. They are so busy, but they never give up on that social responsibility. They stick with it all on their own and they stick with us. I have nothing but gratitude for Accurate Personnel.”

The differences made in each other’s organization and in people’s lives is seen first-hand every day. The love felt for each other, and those mutual values is also apparent every day. This IS a match made in heaven, and that statement is absolutely, well, again Accurate.
