Michelle G. Strawser was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She began her professional career, in 2001, at Comprehensive Pain Management Partners (CPMP), where she still serves as an Executive Director today.
She stepped back from her daily role at CPMP in 2014 and purchased three Orangetheory Fitness franchises in Atlanta, GA.
Michelle was recently elected as Secretary/Treasurer of Soroptimist International of the Americas in 2024. She is an active member of Soroptimist International of Pasco. The mission of Soroptimist is to provide women and girls with access to education and training so they can achieve economic empowerment.
“Teaching Yoga with Mary Frances at GiGi’s has been a highlight of my yoga journey. Watching all of the yogis improve their breathing techniques and deepen the mind-body connection has overflowed my heart with joy!”
Michelle began her yoga journey as a student in 2018 and became a 200hr certified yoga instructor in March of 2024. When asked by her long time friend, Amanda Bucalo, to teach yoga at GiGi’s Playhouse there was no hesitation. The mission to help others is part of her personal mission statement. Working with Savannah to bring the yoga program to GiGi’s has been an amazing experience.
Michelle’s love of yoga, reading, plants, cooking, and travel strengthen her mind-body connection.
