She was going through difficult time in her life. Her very sweet neighbor, Kathy, noticed her as she would take walks through the neighborhood, and they struck up a friendship. After learning about GiGi\u2019s through a friend, Kathy thought it would be a great place for Chrisy to visit. They found our Gratitude Committee program and fit right in! Chrisy\u2019s joyful spirit shined more and more as she has worked through her grief, and allowed her to make friends and bond with our volunteers. She\u2019s gained confidence and is ready to challenge herself more. This Spring, she has taken a big step by becoming one of our GiGi Prep students!
