Stop in and enjoy the Playhouse with your child, visit with other families, or participate in one of a variety of activities facilitated by the MENP team of UCSD Nursing Students. Activities will change weekly, but will always be engaging and beneficial for you and your child!<\/p>\n

Fitness Fun<\/b><\/b>\u00a0is designed to increase physical activity \u2014 both in class and at home!<\/p>\n

Increasing functional potential in individuals with Down syndrome allows them to keep up with their peers and everyday life.\u00a0 The Fitness Fun program is safe, effective, and progressive to address low muscle tone, joint laxity, and decreased balance for individuals with Down syndrome of all ages.<\/p>\n
