GiGi’s Fall Re-Cap with Mia

We had SUCH a fun Fall at GiGi’s Playhouse Sacramento! Hear from Mia & Claire what our adult participants got up to the last couple months!

Bishop’s Pumpkin Patch Outing

Our adult participants had a great time at Bishop’s Pumpkin Patch in Wheatland, hanging out at the fire pits & watching the movie Inside Out.

Mia’s favorite part? “I loved chatting with my new friend and dancing with all our friends. Just being there with my friends makes me happy”

Rock Rules Halloween Concert

One of our favorite events of the season! Our Rock Rules group met twice a month practicing their musical skills. Practice payed off, “everyone’s solo was so good and everyone did a great job backing them up” according to Mia. Mia wowed the crowd with a performance of “Look What You Made Me Do” by Taylor Swift. When asked about her performance Mia said “I did great and everybody loved it. I think I pulled it off with a great performance.” Special shoutout to Playhouse volunteer Nancy for her decorations! She went above and beyond and everyone loved it!

Trunk or Treat

Our annual Trunk or Treat event is always a great time; “everyone enjoyed it”- Mia. Our community showed up with trunks and games galore including basketball, mini golf, baseball, and football. Mia’s favorite trunk is the karaoke station manned by Rock Rules lead Alan! “Everyone loves a good performance”. Mia’s favorite part of Trunk or Treat is “walking around to different trunks and seeing everyone having fun!”

Fantastic Friends Halloween Party

Our Fantastic Friends sure know how to throw a party! Everyone had a great time showing off their costumes and participating in various Halloween themed activities!

We had a great Fall and can’t wait to close out the year with all of our GiGi’s Playhouse Sacramento Fam!
