\nThis award is given to Playhouse locations that achieve Strong or Center of Excellence on at least 5 SOEs.\n2019: Community Impact Champion\u00a0<\/strong>
\nGiven to a Playhouse that has demonstrated outstanding IMPACT to their local community\n2016 Core Value Champion: Enthusiasm\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThis award is given to an emerging Playhouse that demonstrates exceptional potential and energy as they work toward their grand opening\n\t\t\t\t\"bar-graph-star\"\n\t\t\t\t\"8-SOE-Circle.png\"\n

\n\t\t\tStandards of Execution Certificates\t<\/h1>\n\t

The Standards of Execution (SOE’s) define a descriptive list of standards for\u00a0each of the\u00a08 core functions of the GiGi’s business.\u00a0 Each Playhouse has an opportunity to achieve along a continuum of growth.<\/p>\n\t
