While \u201cfree\u201d is sometimes associated with lower quality, that couldn\u2019t be further from the truth at GiGi\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gigisplayhouse.org\/quadcities\/amina-grace-speech-and-language-program\">Amina Grace Speech &amp; Language Program<\/a><\/strong>, for example. It\u2019s led by a <strong>licensed Speech-Language Pathologist<\/strong>, ensuring expert oversight and high standards. These life-changing programs are truly offered at no cost to families. In today\u2019s world, that\u2019s rare, and we are proud to make it possible through the generosity of <strong>donors<\/strong>, <strong>grant funding<\/strong>, <strong>fundraising events<\/strong>, and our <strong>amazing volunteers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One-on-One Programs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Literacy Tutoring | Math Tutoring | Speech &amp; Language Therapy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These individualized programs are offered <strong>three times a year<\/strong> (Spring, Summer, and Fall) and are designed based on how individuals with Down syndrome learn best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sessions are <strong>once a week for 45 minutes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scheduled around your availability<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Led by trained and certified volunteer tutors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tailored using <strong>multi-sensory teaching approaches<\/strong> to meet the unique needs of each participant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each program utilizes research and reference materials related to individuals with Down syndrome and their learning styles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GiGi&#8217;s aims to open doors for individuals with Down syndrome in the workplace, schools, and the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>Note:<\/strong> Enrollment is based on tutor availability. While we do our best to match every applicant, <strong>space is limited<\/strong>, and <strong>first-time applicants are given priority<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Participate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individuals with Down syndrome are the focus of all programs here at GiGi&#8217;s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Literacy &amp; Math Tutoring:<\/strong> Ages <strong>2.5 and up<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Speech &amp; Language Therapy:<\/strong> <strong>All ages<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We Need Volunteer Tutors!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you looking to make a real difference?
