Each year, GiGi’s Playhouse grants esteemed awards and certificates that recognize achievements within the network of Playhouses across North America. Below are the proud achievements from this Playhouse location:<\/p>\n\t2025: Lifetime Achievement Award – Pam Lynch<\/strong>
\nSpecial Award for a Playhouse employee.\n2025: Generation G Artist – Matthew Benson<\/strong>
\nSpecial Award for the individual that designs the award certificates for the year.\n2025 – 2024 & 2022: Standards of Execution Champion\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThis award is given to Playhouse locations that achieve Strong or Center of Excellence on at least 5 SOEs.\n2022: Core Value Champion: Best of All\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThe Best of All Award is for a Playhouse that leads from behind, quietly packing in all the tools and resources to do (almost) everything right.\u202f This Playhouse has a long history and always finds a way to get better in every way.\n2019: Generation G – Heather Malli, Creator of LMNOP<\/em><\/strong>
\nSpecial Award for an individual or Playhouse\n2017 Generation G\u00a0 – Jenn Parsons
\n<\/strong>Special Award for an individual or Playhouse\n2013: Core Value Champion: Get it Done – Michelle Hughes<\/em><\/strong>
\nThis award is given to a Playhouse staff member who blasts through barriers and stands out among their peers in the Playhouse network\n\t\t\t\t\"bar-graph-star\"\n\t\t\t\t\"8-SOE-Circle.png\"\n

\n\t\t\tStandards of Execution Certificates\t<\/h1>\n\t

The Standards of Execution (SOE’s) define a descriptive list of standards for\u00a0each of the\u00a08 core functions of the GiGi’s business.\u00a0 Each Playhouse has an opportunity to achieve along a continuum of growth.<\/p>\n\t
