HYBRID: Family Speaker Series- Know What To Say (Part 1)

This is designed to provide parents/grandparents of pre-teens and teens with information on how to communicate effectively about sex with their children and/or grandchildren. Tips are available on how to communicate effectively, as well as what to say and how to say it.

This session will be lead by an instructor from Bethany for Children and Families that also happens to be a mom of a pre-teen with Down syndrome. She will share the curriculum mentioned below but also discuss how she is using and presenting the information to her own daughter.

An opportunity will be provided to ask questions of the facilitators and/or visit the “Know What to Say” website for additional information, which is located on Bethany for Families webpage.
