GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix/Scottsdale Leaps and Bounds Programs (3-5 yrs.)

Purposeful programming describes all the programs offered at GiGi’s Playhouse.  The Leaps and Bounds Program is recommended for children with Down syndrome ages 3-5 yrs.  This programs is designed to increase fine motor skills, including visual motor skills.  Focus is on general strenghening, balance and navigating obstacles.  Language development is also promoted with a focus on following directions and communications.  Social skills are enhanced through focusing on eye contact, imaginary play and simple interactions with peers. Leaps and Bounds is scheduled on Saturday, July 23rd from 10:00AM-11:00AM at the Playhouse.  All programs at GiGi’s Playhouse are free of charge.
