This week,\u00a0we are\u00a0thrilled\u00a0to feature\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC longtime participant, Troy\u00a0Providenti! Troy joined the\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC community back in 2012 when we first opened our doors, and he and his family have been actively involved ever since. Troy is incredibly talented and a regular attendee at our programs.\u00a0We hope you enjoy learning more about Troy below.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When did you join the\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC community?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u00a0joined the\u00a0GiG\u2019is\u00a0NYC community in 2012.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How old are you?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am 18 years old.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC programs do you attend?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I attend\u00a0Yoga,\u00a0GiGiFIT, Judo,\u00a0TeenTastic,\u00a0TeenTastic\u00a0Night Out, Rising Stars, and\u00a0LitLab.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What program(s) is your favorite \/ has been the most impactful to you?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My favorite program is TeenTastic Night Out with Claire and Kyle.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What does\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC mean to you?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

GiGi\u2019s NYC to me is a place where I get to have fun with my friends and do a lot of cool things like have a dance party. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What have you gained from our programs?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I develop my leadership skills in\u00a0GiGiFIT\u00a0because sometimes I help lead the workout.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you look forward to doing at the Playhouse once we can safely gather there\u00a0again<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u00a0am looking forward to\u00a0having a six-feet-apart dance party!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you enjoy spending your free time?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I enjoy playing basketball with friends like John.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is one achievement that you are proud of?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am proud that I am going to college in the Fall.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you want the\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC community to know?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I want the GiG\u2019s NYC community to know that I am a good and hard-working person.<\/span><\/p>\n

What would you like to see from\u00a0GiGi\u2019s\u00a0NYC in the future? Do you have any ideas for new programs or special events?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I want GiGi\u2019s NYC to make a GiGi\u2019s band. I want us to go play sports. I want us to go to a concert together for a special event!<\/span><\/p>\n

Troy, we are so proud of you! It has been such a privilege watching you grow since you first joined our community almost ten years ago. We will miss you when you head off to Syracuse University, but your friends at GiGi\u2019s NYC cannot wait to come visit you and hear all about about college life.
