What does Down syndrome awareness and acceptance look like to you?
Down syndrome acceptance means that people should be accepted for who they are no matter what. You should keep spreading Down syndrome awareness to everyone because we are proud to have Down syndrome and that’s what makes us special.
What do you want the GiGi’s NYC community to know?
I had a college interview a few weeks ago, and I did so well. The GiGi’s Playhouse NYC community helped me gained confidence in how I present myself, and I thank you.
What would you like to see from GiGi’s NYC in the future? Do you have any ideas for new programs or special events?
If Broadway is opened back up, can we go see a musical? [Yes, we can!]
Kaiya, we are moved by your beautiful words and are so proud of all of your incredible achievements! We can’t wait to see you at more programming soon! You are truly amazing, and are showing the world that the possibilities are endless for individuals with Down syndrome 😊
