Family Fun Movement

Family Fun Movement brings the family together with movement and music for ages 10 and under. The program is designed to give parents, caregivers, siblings, and young children a virtual space to move and groove and have fun in unison. Family Fun Movement introduces basic dance styles, techniques, and movements to participants while improving gross motor skills, and increasing mental and muscle memory and cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility and coordination. The program will also provide an opportunity to build self-confidence, and strengthen social, communication, and motor skills through the therapeutic use of music and dance. RSVP today!
