Registration for our FREE<\/em><\/strong> therapeutic-based and educational programming this fall is open! We\u2019d love to have you join us as a participant or volunteer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fall 2025 semester runs from September 2nd through December 12th<\/strong>. There will be no programs or tutoring sessions November 24-29th due to Thanksgiving Break. Further information on exact offerings and dates is listed below. Click on the program name or pictures to get registered!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teen Tastic<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tuesdays from 5:00 – 6:00 pm<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teen Tastic<\/strong> is where fun meets growth! Teens will enjoy a mix of games, new activities, and plenty of time to socialize with friends. As we dive into exciting new hobbies and team-based activities, we\u2019ll also focus on building important skills like responsibility, setting expectations, and communication. It\u2019s all about learning, connecting, and having a great time together! <\/p>\n<\/div>

GiGi’s Kitchen Teen<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mondays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kitchen Teen<\/strong> is the perfect place for teens to build confidence and sharpen their cooking skills! In this hands-on program, participants will explore kitchen safety, food prep, and different cooking methods like saut\u00e9ing, baking, and grilling. Along the way, they\u2019ll try new ingredients, learn about balanced meals, and grow their independence, all while having fun and creating delicious dishes together.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Yoga<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every other Thursday from 6:30 – 7:30 pm<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unwind, strengthen, and find your balance with our Yoga<\/strong> program recommended for ages 13+. Whether you\u2019re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class combines movement, mindfulness, and breath work to help you feel more focused, centered, and in tune with yourself. Build strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience while learning tools to manage stress, stay calm, and focus in everyday life. It\u2019s all about cultivating self-awareness, embracing the present moment, and finding inner peace.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Recommended for ages 13+: SHiNE<\/strong> Dance Fitness\u2122 brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet with the perfect balance of cardio and dance. SHiNE<\/strong> is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Friends, Fun, & Fitness: CrossFit<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every other Thursday from 6:30 – 7:30 pm<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommended for 16+: Join us at CrossFit<\/strong> for a fun and supportive fitness experience! Our program isn\u2019t just about working out, it\u2019s about pushing yourself, celebrating progress, and building friendships. With every squat, push-up, and new challenge, you\u2019ll work alongside a fitness buddy, sharing laughter and achievements along the way. It\u2019s one of GiGi\u2019s Nashville\u2019s most beloved programs, designed to make fitness enjoyable while you grow stronger and more confident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
