We found out before I held him that he had Down Syndrome. It was heartbreaking for a second, then as I held him, I didn\u2019t care, . I have loved being Jayden\u2019s dad for the last twelve years. Every day he makes me smile.<\/p>\n<p>Jayden is the most loving and amazing big brother. He loves swimming, playing with our dog, and riding his electric scooter. Amongst many other things, he\u2019s learning to roller skate.
