It\u2019s about achieving <em>your<\/em> personal best, no matter how big or small the milestone. Every accomplishment is recognized and celebrated, because every step forward builds confidence, pride, and joy. Our participants inspire us every day with their determination, and this October, we\u2019re thrilled to spotlight one amazing little girl who embodies the spirit of \u201cBest of All\u201d, Emme A.!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Saturday mornings, Emme lights up GiGi\u2019s Playhouse Milwaukee as she joins her friends for GiGiFIT for ages 0\u20134. Our incredible program leaders design fun and purposeful activities that help build strength, coordination, and confidence in our youngest participants. Over the past year, Emme has shown tremendous growth &#8211; moving from scooting to crawling to now walking comfortably with a helping hand! Her dedication and joyful energy make every GiGiFIT session brighter, and her progress reminds us of the amazing potential that shines through consistent effort and encouragement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emme\u2019s growth doesn&#8217;t stop there! She&#8217;s also been shining in the Amina Grace Speech &amp; Language program, where she\u2019s making wonderful strides using American Sign Language (ASL). She\u2019s now combining two signs, like \u201call done book\u201d and \u201cmore song,\u201d and has started approximating more spoken words such as \u201ccat,\u201d \u201ccookie,\u201d \u201csplash,\u201d \u201cbook,\u201d \u201cmore,\u201d and \u201call done.\u201d Each new sign and sound is a reason to celebrate, reflecting her hard work, her family\u2019s support, and the power of our inclusive community.
