Models will take the runway in outfits that reflect their personalities, celebrating inclusion and confidence. 20 adaptive outfits have been provided by Kohl&#8217;s. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohls.com\/catalog\/adaptive.jsp?CN=Feature:Adaptive&amp;S=1&amp;PPP=48&amp;kls_sbp=26147335168193831642718795043411463468&amp;pfm=browse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adaptive wear<\/a> can be found by searching on Kohl&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohls.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a> and include adaptations such as Velcro or magnets for closures at the waist, shirt or dress fronts, necklines or pant legs, openings for ports or G-tubes, pulls for leggings at the waist, layers for shirts to increase privacy for ports or tubes, pull on or elastic waistband dresses, and more easy pull or magnetic close zippers!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">How can I attend? <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\tWe invite you to buy your tickets to join us for a celebration of confidence, inclusion, and JOY!<br \/>\n\ufe0fTickets will be available at the door (higher price + slower entry).<br \/>\nAll attendees (including models) need a named ticket.<br \/>\nTickets are FREE for models + friends with Down syndrome.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t miss Milwaukee&#8217;s most joyful runway!\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">Who benefits from this event? FEIN # 46-5021867.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">Who is modeling in the show?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>20 models with Down syndrome or other disabilities will be selected to walk the runway in adaptive clothing provided by Kohl&#8217;s. Models will represent a range of ages, backgrounds, and personalities. Additional models may also be walking the runway if additional sponsors or in-kind donors come forward. Our goal is to assemble a diverse group representing various ages, sizes, genders, and skin colors.\u202fFactors such as confidence level, reliability,\u202foutgoing demeanor, and comfort in front of a camera\u202fwill also be considered in choosing the runway models.\u202fIf there is more interest than available runway spots, then we will do our best to create roles for non-runway models as greeters, ushers and general helpers at the event.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-4\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\">Will hair styling and makeup services be provided?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-4\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>We are excited to offer hair and make-up to our models for this event. We look forward to having hairdressers and make-up artists onsite. Models should arrive with clean and dry hair on event day for hair styling and with a clean face for make-up services. We are so thankful for -to be able to provide this service to our models thanks to our event sponsors and in-kind providers!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-5\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-5\">Why is this event important?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-5\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our participants have big personalities, and all deserve a chance to shine in the spotlight and give voice to all they are capable of!
