GiGi’s Brew Ha Ha

We are excited to announce that GiGi’s Playhouse will host a “Brew Ha Ha“ on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at the University Club of Milwaukee Country Club. This fundraiser is key to expanding our programming and voice in the world. The evening will kick-off at 6pm and includes beer tasting, food, auction, raffle, comedy show, and more! Most importantly, this is an opportunity to celebrate achievements and continue to change the way people view Down syndrome.

GIGI’s Playhouse is an inspirational and dedicated place for families to celebrate Down syndrome and benefit from free programs that unleash joy, confidence, and continuous improvement. Our programs, be it group or literacy are all therapeutic in nature. The programs have been specifically designed to help individuals with their social skills, motor skills, speech and language, reading, math, computers or just simple peer interaction. Along with the development of new skills comes self-esteem – the most important element to our Playhouse programs. Self-esteem is formed not only in the child with Down syndrome, but in the family members and within the community as well. By breaking down barriers and changing the way the world accepts individuals with Down syndrome, we can foster a daily mindset of life, love, acceptance, and hope for everyone.

You can be a true hero in the lives of children and adults with Down syndrome by supporting our fall 2017 event as a sponsor. Because of your generosity, more individuals WILL learn to read, improve their health & wellness, develop career skills, and live truly beautiful lives. More communities will embrace individuals with Down syndrome as equals and friends. Miracles do happen at GiGi’s Playhouse, where we turn belief into achievement. Thank you for your consideration and for believing in our individuals and families!
