Book Club (ages 13+) Virtual Fall Session

*Choose Tuesdays at 7pm for the tutoring session time.

Virtual Fall Session: Tuesdays, Oct. 5-Dec. 14, 2021 from 7-8 p.m.

Participants read a chapter book independently or with support to increase comprehension, sequencing, & vocabulary skills. Weekly discussions focus on character development, using prediction, problem-solving, & gaining confidence in sharing observations with peers. Advanced registration for each session is required (participants are encouraged to register for seasonal tutoring and note that they are interested in attending Book Club). Recommended for teens and adults (13+).

*The chapter book will be available for pick-up or delivery to your home.

*New family forms are completed annually and will be emailed to participant families as needed, to be completed before the first day of programming.

*Participants must commit to consistent weekly readings at home and attendance for discussions for the duration of the session.
