Baby Goat Yoga FUNDRAISER for GiGi’s Playhouse

We’ve had so much fun hosting goat yoga that we’ve decided to partner with GiGi’s Playhouse in an effort to make the world a more accepting place for individuals of all abilities. Join us in this physical and social MOVEment for Acceptance! Are you up for the challenge??

Event Details:

Join us at Cedar III’s stunning outdoor space along the banks of Cedar Creek in Cedarburg!

Each session includes 30 minutes of super chill, sure to be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats…. we’ll even help you achieve those photo-worthy poses!

We all know the benefits of yoga – stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus just to name a few, but why add the goats?

Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost your mood…. and baby goats are really damn cute!

Two sessions: 5 pm + 6 pm

Guidelines:

• Registration Required
• Please bring a yoga mat
• Mats 6’+ apart unless in the same household
• If you are feeling sick, please stay home
• Masks required
• Children 10+ MUST be accompanied by an adult

Small Print:

** In case of poor weather, the event will be moved to 5/12. Refunds are only issued in case of cancellation due to class size limitations.

All that being said, we are sooooooo so very excited to see you and to spend a little responsible social time hanging out with you and the baby goats!
