Social Media Volunteer/Intern!

We are looking for a social media volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse McHenry County for about 10-15 hours a week!

Some tasks will include:

• Assist with GiGi’s Playhouse McHenry County social media presence, using content calendar
• Draft, distribute and pitch news releases, media alerts and other stories
• Reach out to the community organizations, general public and donors with the message about GiGi’s Playhouse McHenry County
• Manage GiGi’s Playhouse McHenry County’s Blog.
• Collaborating with staff & National Office on new ideas, directions, and venues for marketing and communications
• Help draft/create and send newsletters to our playhouse donors, families and volunteers.

These may be altered depending on the capacity of the volunteer! Training is provided. If this is utilized as an internship, there are a few more guidelines to be met!
