As a <strong>project manager in healthcare technology<\/strong>, she\u2019s spent the past decade working with <strong>community-based nonprofits across Dane County<\/strong>, building systems that improve lives. But Caitlin\u2019s connection to the disability community goes far beyond her professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her younger sister <strong>Erin has Down syndrome<\/strong>, and Caitlin has been a devoted <strong>caregiver, advocate, fundraiser, and storyteller<\/strong> for the disability community since childhood. In college, she led \u201cSpread the Word to End the Word\u201d campaigns, helping shift language and hearts toward greater inclusion and respect. Over the years, she\u2019s continued that momentum, <strong>even running marathons to raise funds for GiGi\u2019s Playhouse<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caitlin brings a <strong>grassroots spirit<\/strong> and a <strong>strategic mindset<\/strong>, which is exactly the kind of energy that helps GiGi\u2019s continue to grow with purpose. With her background in both systems-level thinking and hands-on advocacy, Caitlin is ready to make a meaningful impact as we move into our next chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She lives in <strong>Sun Prairie<\/strong> with her husband and their two beloved dogs, and somehow still finds time to <strong>coach high school girls\u2019 soccer<\/strong>, proving that she\u2019s not only driven but deeply committed to building up the next generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We feel incredibly lucky to have Caitlin join our leadership team.
