Find details on each of our programs and links to sign up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gigisplayhouse.org\/madison\/sfcalendar\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gigisplayhouse.org\/madison\/sfcalendar\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Program Calendar<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information on&nbsp;<strong>One-on-One Literacy, Math and Speech<\/strong>&nbsp;click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gigisplayhouse.org\/madison\/one-on-one-programing-applications-for-summer-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ALL Group Programs and Tutoring start the week of <strong>June 16.<\/strong> Speech Therapy will run from June 23 &#8211; July 28. As always, all of our Programs will&nbsp;<strong>run the same time and day each week<\/strong>. Check out our weekly Group Program offerings organized by age-group and our special events below!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-topbar-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-fddb1f625ff4775690cca060ed60126a wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Programs for ALL&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Destination Discovery:<\/strong> <strong>Art Explosion&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Provides hands-on experience with multiple art media and provides an outlet for individuals with Down syndrome to express themselves, build confidence and socialize with peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All Ages + siblings are welcome to attend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dates: <strong>July 19 + August 9 <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>July 19 = Canvas Painting <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 9 = Beading &amp; Bracelet Creations <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All materials are provided by the Playhouse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Open Play <\/strong>&#8211; come to the Playhouse for an hour of fun with family and friends! Families are welcome to use our wonderful playhouse to play, hang out, and have fun. Parent\/Caregiver supervision is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ALL Ages are welcome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open Play will take place on select <strong>Saturdays <\/strong>from <strong>11:00-12:00pm<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check our calendar for specific dates and to sign up! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-heading-text-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-c07f2ab1cf1e3be79a4dc3ff08aa1124 wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Programs for Birth \u2013 4 years old<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Language, Music, n\u2019 Our Peeps (LMNOP)&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents\/caregivers and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication while using music, sensory and social-based activities.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages birth &#8211; 4 years old <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program runs weekly, <strong>Fridays <\/strong>from<strong> 9:00-11:00am<\/strong> starting <strong>June 20 &#8211; ending on August 8<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-bff06aab92a4919caf2562fefe915d5d wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Programs for School-Agers: ages 5-12 years old<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kids Club <\/strong>&#8211; supports\u202fthe development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program will also support gross motor skills through active games, fine motor and self-help skills\u202fthrough meal\/snack preparation and activities.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages 5 &#8211; 12 years old <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program runs weekly, <strong>Thursdays <\/strong>from<strong> 9:00-10:30am<\/strong> starting <strong>June 19 &#8211; ending on August 7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Special Olympics Young Athletes<\/strong> &#8211; SOYA introduces basic sport skills, like running, kicking and throwing. SOYA gives families the opportunity to share the joy of sports with their community! \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages 5 &#8211; 12 years old <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program runs weekly, <strong>Saturdays<\/strong> from <strong>10:00-11:00am<\/strong> starting <strong>June 21 &#8211; ending August 9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-heading-text-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-3a2353d0aeaa95d4b8a249f0972a6724 wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Programs for Teens: ages 13-17 years old&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TeenTastic + Friends, Fun &amp; Fitness<\/strong> &#8211; focuses on building social skills with friends by participating in team-based activities, games and other social activities. Skill development includes understanding compromise, turn-taking, problem-solving, sportsmanship and more!\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages 13-18 years old &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program runs weekly, <strong>Tuesdays <\/strong>from <strong>5:30-7:00pm<\/strong> starting<strong> June 17 &#8211; ending August 5<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-63caf3290b841926c87456dd19b80ad4 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Programs for Adults: ages 18+<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fantastic Friends<\/strong> + <strong>GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Adult<\/strong> &#8211; a fun purposeful &amp; social gathering for adults with Down syndrome, their peers and the community. This program supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. Participants will have the option of which activity or activities they participate in each week. Activities include: social skill building, arts &amp; crafts, board games, sport\/fitness games, and cooking. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for adults ages 18+<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program runs weekly, <strong>Thursdays <\/strong>from <strong>5:30-7:00pm<\/strong> starting <strong>June 19 &#8211; ending August 7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GiGi\u2019s Achievers<\/strong> &#8211; empowers adults with Down syndrome with purposeful activities to ensure continued learning and fulfillment of life.
