Check out our weekly Group Program offerings organized by age-group and our special events below!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-topbar-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-fddb1f625ff4775690cca060ed60126a wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Programs for ALL&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Destination Discovery&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 supports the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills and language through purposeful play and peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program also brings families together to share experiences and build relationships.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All Ages + siblings are welcome to attend Destination Discovery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saturdays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program dates, themes and details to be announced soon!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dynamic Duals &#8211;<\/strong> is a monthly program designed specifically for families and individuals with a dual diagnosis of Down syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder (DS-ASD) and\/or sensory or behavioral challenges.&nbsp;Parents and adult siblings meet in one area to connect, have fun, share successes, resources, and strategies while individuals with Ds and ASD and\/or sensory concerns engage in fun educational activities that respect the needs of each participant.&nbsp;Siblings can join their brother or sister in activities that match their interests or choose other options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All ages are welcome to attend Dynamic Duals <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program dates to be announced! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-heading-text-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-c07f2ab1cf1e3be79a4dc3ff08aa1124 wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Programs for Birth \u2013 4 years old<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Language, Music, n\u2019 Our Peeps (LMNOP)&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; is an interactive and engaging program designed to guide parents\/caregivers and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication while using music, sensory and social-based activities.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages birth &#8211; 4 years old <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program is run weekly, <strong>Fridays <\/strong>from<strong> 9:00-11:00am<\/strong> starting <strong>February 7 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-bff06aab92a4919caf2562fefe915d5d wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Programs for School-Agers: ages 5-12 years old<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kids Club <\/strong>&#8211; supports\u202fthe development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting. This program will also support gross motor skills through active games, fine motor and self-help skills\u202fthrough meal\/snack preparation and activities.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages 5 &#8211; 12 years old <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program is run weekly, <strong>Wednesdays <\/strong>from<strong> 4:30-5:30pm<\/strong> starting <strong>February 5 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GiGiFIT Kids + GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Kids<\/strong> &#8211; GiGiFIT Kids aims to help improve strength, balance, coordination, peer interaction and to build a lifelong love of physical activity while GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Kids has similar objectives in emphasizing the importance of&nbsp;a healthy lifestyle&nbsp;and early exposure&nbsp;to practical cooking skills.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages 5 &#8211; 12 years old <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program is run weekly, <strong>Saturdays<\/strong> from <strong>10:00-11:30am<\/strong> starting <strong>February 8<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-heading-text-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-3a2353d0aeaa95d4b8a249f0972a6724 wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Programs for Teens: ages 13-17 years old&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TeenTastic + GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Teen<\/strong> &#8211; focuses on building social skills with friends by participating in team-based activities, games and shared time in the kitchen. Skill development includes understanding compromise, turn-taking, problem-solving, and basic cooking + kitchen safety skills. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for ages 13-17 years old &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program is run weekly, <strong>Tuesdays <\/strong>from <strong>5:00-6:30pm<\/strong> starting<strong> February 4<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-fl-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-63caf3290b841926c87456dd19b80ad4 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Programs for Adults: ages 18+<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fantastic Friends<\/strong> + <strong>GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Adult<\/strong> &#8211; a fun purposeful &amp; social gathering for adults with Down syndrome, their peers and the community. Supports the development of social skills and language through peer to peer interaction in a casual and fun setting.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for adults ages 18+<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program is run weekly, Thursdays from 5:30-7:00pm starting February 6th <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this session, we will be incorporating GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Adult into a portion of the Fantastic Friends class. Participants who are interested in Kitchen will have the opportunity to spend some time in the kitchen preparing a healthy dinner appetizer together. Participants who do not wish to participant in a kitchen activity will have the choice to stay with Fantastic Friends and engage in another activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GiGi\u2019s Achievers<\/strong> &#8211; empowers adults with Down syndrome with purposeful activities to ensure continued learning and fulfillment of life. This program teaches and promotes communication, self-awareness, independence, health and wellness through community engagement.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recommended for adults ages 18+<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program will on select <strong>Mondays <\/strong>from <strong>10:00-11:30am <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this program will run in 3 &#8216;mini&#8217; sessions &#8211; each session will have a theme\/concept that activities will center around\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session 1: February 3, February 10, February 17<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session 2: March 3, March 10, March 17<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session 3: March 31, April 7, April 14, April 21<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GiGiFIT Adult<\/strong> &#8211; introduces the key movements of foundational, hip strengthening, and vestibular\/balance exercises, making them successful to implement and practice at any stage of life!
