Our Spring Session kicks off the week of January 29th&nbsp;and runs through April 26th. All Group Programs will run the same time and day each week, and will led by 2-3 trained, energetic and FUN Program Leaders! Skill development includes understanding compromise, turn-taking and problem-solving abilities. GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen is designed to emphasize the importance of health and wellness through&nbsp;nutrition education,&nbsp;kitchen&nbsp;safety, food preparation, social activities and a shared meal\/snack. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are encouraged to stay for <strong>both <\/strong>programs &#8211; they will run back-to-back!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5:00-6:30 PM every <strong>Tuesday <\/strong>| January 30th&nbsp;through April 23rd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply <a href=\"https:\/\/gigisplayhouse.tfaforms.net\/4719725?playhouseId=a0q50000005qQbxAAE&amp;tfa_4096=No\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a> for GiGi&#8217;s Kitchen Teen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Wednesdays at the Playhouse<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GiGiFIT Adult for ADULTS Ages 18+<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GiGiFIT introduces the key movements of foundational, hip strengthening, and vestibular\/balance exercises, making them successful to implement and practice at any stage of life! Focuses on improving areas of fitness through activities in strength, endurance, joint stability, balance, movement control and more.
