GiGi\u2019s Playhouse could truly not exist without the generosity of volunteers! Our amazing volunteers donate over 6,500+ hours to the Playhouse each year, which enables us to provide over 5,500 program hours, free of charge, to individuals and families each year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Volunteers provide services in a wide variety of ways including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Welcoming new families<\/li>\n<li>Program planning, service provision, mentoring, teaching, leading, assisting<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer recruitment and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Fundraising \u2013 grant writing, connecting with our community<\/li>\n<li>Marketing \u2013 designing materials, public relations, blog and press release writing<\/li>\n<li>Outreach \u2013 sharing GiGi\u2019s mission and services with our community, advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Photography and videography<\/li>\n<li>Event planning &amp; implementation for our Gala and Playhouse parties<\/li>\n<li>Fixing things around the Playhouse<\/li>\n<li>IT \u2013 Keeping our computers &amp; systems up and running<\/li>\n<li>Administrative tasks &amp; projects<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning, organizing &amp; decorating the Playhouse<\/li>\n<li>And much more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers for your dedication and belief in our mission!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">If you are interested to volunteer your time or expertise, please see our website for current volunteer opportunities and to apply: <a href=\"https:\/\/gigisplayhouse.org\/madison\/volunteer\">gigisplayhouse.org\/madison\/volunteer<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>April is Volunteer Month! \u201cAlone we can do so little; together we can do so much.\u201d \u2013 Helen Keller Did you know that GiGi\u2019s Playhouse Madison is 99% volunteer run?
