Brittanie Flint


Brittanie is a mother of 5 children.  She has 2 girls and 3 boys.  She owns Flippers Gymnastics and Flippers Tumble Bug preschool.  She has always had a love for children with special needs, but that love grew so much with the birth of her third son, Linkon.  He was born with Down syndrome.  She is super excited to be a part of this community and watch how the expectations will grow and dreams come true!

Grimely DeGrauw

President Elect

Grimely is married to Dr. Jeffery DeGrauw and resides with their five children in South Ogden. She is the Vice President of Pricing at Logistics Specialties Inc. Grimely was born and raised in Puerto Rico. In 2005 Grimely successfully completed her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Phoenix. Grimely has always demonstrated a deep love and dedication to helping in her community

Becky Payne

Site Coordinator

Becky has lived in Davis County most of her life.  She helps run her families business, Payneless Floor Care and has been a Pampered Chef consultant for 10 years.  She has been involved with PTA for several years and has served as President at her local school. She has five children, one boy and four girls. Becky loves to make a difference and be involved in the community.

John Adrian


John grew up in New York City, where at 18, he joined the United States Air Force and flew Rescue Helicopters in Viet Nam and as a Flight Instructor in the United States Air Force Helicopter Advanced Flight School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After 20 years in the Air Force, and needing a change, he became a Professional Coin Dealer, and spent 27 years owning and operating 2 coin stores in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, all while completing his Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from the College of Santa Fe. He retired in 2007, and moved back to Utah where his wife is from and to be close to family. John is the Grandfather of Lincoln AKA Buddha, who has Down Syndrome, and is the son of Kim Strube. John is very dedicated to helping his best friend Lincoln in any way he can, and to make GiGi's Playhouse in Layton a success.

Kimberly Strube


Kim is known best as a wife, mom, and pharmacist.  She keeps busy with Lincoln, Kjirsten, and Eli but still finds time to watch Arizona basketball.  She helped start this project to ensure Lincoln had everything he needs to succeed in life.  She is excited to help so many other families in this community.

Leslie Shurtliff

Leslie is a wife and mother of four children.  She owns Under the Sun Crafts, and enjoys sharing and making all things crafty.  It was her love of children and teaching crafts that brought her to GiGi’s Playhouse.  Also the love of her friend and her little boy! She is truly excited to be a part of this community and help teach and share her love for arts and crafts.

Alisha Byron

Alisha has lived in Davis County for ten plus years, with her husband and two children. She has coached recreational and competitive girls’ softball, and she loves to help with all youth sports. She is currently employed with LSI Inc., where she works with youth ages 14 to 21 with learning disabilities, and is part of the community development team.

Melanie Bingham

Melanie is a wife and mother to four children.  Melanie has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Weber State and spent 16 years as a territory manager for Henry Schein Dental. Her second son Remington “Remy” has Down syndrome.  Melanie has volunteered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Special Olympics.  She is thrilled to be involved in GiGi’s Playhouse.

Kimberly Holley

Board Member


Kimberly is originally from Michigan but met her husband here and has been in Utah ever since. She is mother to one daughter, Kaylee.   Kimberly is currently a commercial underwriter at Mountain West Small Business Finance, where she has been since 2007. She graduated with Honors from Utah Valley University’s Paralegal Program in 2008 and has prior experience in the residential lending and retail sales industries.


She is currently serving as 2018 Chair of the Davis Chamber Women in Business Executive Committee and has also served as a past President (2013-14) of the Risk Management Association’s Central Utah Chapter, 2017 Chair of the Women’s Business Center’s Summer Social fundraiser, Saratoga Springs Arts Council Fundraising Chair (2012-2013) and Chair (2013-2014).


Kimberly has a passion for fundraising, baking, and party planning. She is exited for the opportunity to serve on the GiGi’s Playhouse Layton Board.

Jenna High


Jenna is a senior, sociology major at Appalachian State University located in Boone, North Carolina. Her husband is stationed at Hill AFB so she decided to travel across the nation to fulfill my internship requirement before graduation in December and simply to spend some time with him. She loves working with people, but especially children. She feels that they have much more to offer the world than realized. She strives to live life in a way that recognizes that she may never change the whole world; however, she can be the person who changes an individual's whole world. She looks forward to being a part of thiscommunity and cannot wait to meet y’all.
