Natalie Becomes a Great Friend at Achievers

When Natalie first started coming to GiGi’s Playhouse Lancaster and participating in Achievers on Mondays in the spring, she was new and seemed a little shy and nervous. This summer, she joined “The Swifties” small group at Achievers with other girls her age who have similar interests as her. Throughout the summer, the group had fun doing activities together as friends. Some of their favorite things have been breaking open geodes on Earth Day, playing board games like Apples to Apples, and going mini golfing. Most recently, they were in charge of decorating for their end of summer party.

Natalie gives her Best of All each week, becoming such a great friend!

We love Natalie’s sense of humor and creativity. It can be uncomfortable to try new things sometimes, but we are so happy when Natalie does.

Natalie shares, “My favorite thing about Achievers is that I can meet new people. It’s hard to meet friends like me, and I really want to do that. I like the dance parties and I hope I will get courage to get up and dance soon, because I love music.”

Ella, who is also part of “The Swifties”, shares this about Natalie: “I liked playing mini golf and bowling with Natalie. She is a good athlete and a good sport. I’m glad she joined our group.”

When Ashlyn, another member of “The Swifties”, was told Natalie was chosen for a Best of All, Ashlyn was super excited! This is what she shared with a smile, “Natalie is a good

friend. I like her and she has a beautiful smile. Natalie is kind and nice too. Good job Natalie!”
