Mickey Deputy. Maybe you\u2019ve heard of her. Mickey recently turned 19, is\u00a0a senior at Franklin Community High School, and will graduate this week.\u00a0She\u2019s Amazing, with a capital A,\u00a0as Indiana’s Miss Amazing Teen 2015, and was first\u00a0runner up at the national level. The captured the attention of USA Today <\/a>and Pop Sugar\u00a0<\/a> when she competed in Miss Hoosier Heartland, the local level of the Miss America pageant.<\/p>\n

Mickey\u2019s a busy gal. She was just hired to work at Scotty’s Brew Club.\u00a0She’s in choir and\u00a0Best Buddies, she was prom queen and a Colts Junior Cheerleader.\u00a0Mickey raised 100K for Riley for cancer research and\u00a0was recently awarded Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Pence.<\/p>\n

And now, once again, she\u2019s\u00a0receiving media attention on a national level. She was just accepted into Franklin College\u2019s INSPIRE program. Today.com <\/a>posted the video the Mickey\u2019s mom,\u00a0Jenny,\u00a0took of her receiving the news.<\/p>\n
