Volunteer Forms<\/h3>\n

At\u00a0GiGi’s\u00a0Playhouse\u00a0Indianapolis, safety is our #1 priority.\u00a0 To protect our volunteers and our program participants,\u00a0we require all volunteers to\u00a0submit an application\u00a0and complete a\u00a0background check provided by\u00a0GiGi’s\u00a0Playhouse.<\/p>\n

We sincerely appreciate your willingness to step up for your community and thank you for your patience during the volunteer approval process. You will be contacted with further instruction after all required clearances have been received and reviewed. Once approved, you\u00a0will be requested to submit the Volunteer Contact Form, Code of Ethics,\u00a0Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and\u00a0Hold Harmless and Photo Release Form.<\/p>\n
