Best of All December 2022 Issue – Amanda

Every month, we like to highlight one friend of the playhouse who gave their “Best of All”. This common GiGi’s phrase, “Best of All”, is continual, measurable, celebrated and it never ends. It is a daily challenge to do a little better than you did the day before. Possible manifestations: standing just one second longer, reading just one more word, learning just one new number, taking just one more step, never a competition, never completed. It is our honor to highlight Amanda this month!

Amanda has been involved in a variety of programs at the playhouse over the past few years. Recently, she has been volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul while attending our EPIC program and has found a new hobby; labeling! Amanda has taking up such a liking for this task that staff at St. Vincent de Paul have a hard time keeping up with her speedy work. We are so proud of Amanda for trying something new, giving it her “Best of All”, gaining confidence in a new skill, and trying her hardest each day!

“It is such a joy to have Amanda and the whole crew from GiGi’s Playhouse Indianapolis volunteer with us.  She is an incredibly hard worker and inspires us all to keep up with her.  We are thankful for the effort and time she gives us.”
