Welcome to the board Jill Ambrogio
Happy new year! We’re looking forward to a great year with everyone!
To start things off, we’re excited to welcome our newest member to the board:
Hi, my name is Jill Ambrogio and I am excited to be part of the GiGi’s Playhouse Hillsborough Board of Directors! I live in Hillsborough and have three adult children, and two rescue dogs (tripods). I work at Janssen Pharmaceuticals in a global marketing role, and have been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. I have a daughter with PKU (phenylketonuria) and have been involved in PKU advocacy for many years, most recently as the President of MACPAD (Mid-Atlantic Connection for PKU and Allied Disorders). I have a nephew in Illinois with Down Syndrome, and started volunteering at GiGi’s as a literacy tutor. I would like to give back to the community and leverage my experience in the non-profit sector, and believe GiGi’s is a great place to do both!
While we gain a new member, we also must say goodbye to another. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Collin McMullen for his service as he is stepping down from the board. We’d also like to thank EJ Leppert, who is stepping down as Vice President as he welcomes a new baby to his family! EJ will be continuing to serve as a board member. Both have been integral in making GiGi’s Playhouse Hillsborough as wonderful as is it today. Thank you so Collin and EJ for all your hard work for this community!
